Conveniently located right off the freeway!

Traveling FROM the east side

Head West to Wyoming from your nearest intersection. If you are coming from the North side of town, drive South just past Constitution. We are on the left (East) side of Wyoming across the street from Kaseman Hospital. If you are driving from the South side of town you will drive North just past the freeway and turn right into our parking lot just past a gas station and pet hospital.

Traveling from the west side

Head East from your nearest intersection or the freeway. If you are coming from North of Indian school we are on the left (East) side of Wyoming across the street from Kaseman Hospital. If you are coming from the freeway you will take the Wyoming exit. Turn left (North) at the exit and we are located just past the gas station on the right side of the road. If you’ve passed constitution you drove too far.

Inside the building

When you arrive at the clinic feel free to park in the front, side, or back of the building. The entrance is located in the west side of the building. There is a CCMNM sign on the door. When you go inside head straight up the stairs and turn left. You’ve found us!

If stairs are not accessible to you, we have a treatment room in the physical therapy clinic below. Please let us know prior to scheduling your visit.
