• Reduced heaviness, fatigue, and pain
• Nervous system calming
Silent Flow Lymphatic Session
A No-Talking, Nervous-System-Centered Experience
Silent Flow is a unique lymphatic massage experience in which there is no talking at all—even during intake. This allows the practitioner to tune deeply into subtle tissue cues, breath patterns, and nervous system responses without interruption.
Why no talking matters:
• Reduces cognitive and sensory load
• Shifts the body into parasympathetic (rest-and-digest) mode
• Enhances interoceptive awareness (the body’s internal signals)
• Allows more accurate reading of tissue tone, rhythm, and flow
• Supports deeper regulation and integration
Many clients experience profound relaxation, emotional release, improved sleep, and a greater sense of internal balance following this session.
OT distinction:
Occupational Therapists are trained to observe minute changes in autonomic regulation, breathing patterns, and tissue response—making silent treatment especially powerful and precise.
SERVICES:
Total Body “head to toe”
While the term “massage” traditionally means “to knead” and involves a variety of deep tissue techniques, Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage (or MLD) feels like a gentle stretch pulling against the skin. The lymphatic system resides just below the skin and carries waste products from the body back to the heart to be processed and disposed of. Lymphatic fluid is made up of water, protein, cell fragments, and fats (long chain fatty acids). It can also contain toxins in the body, such as stress hormones (cortisol). Following treatment, patients can expect to experience an increased diuretic effect for 24-48 hours and should drink 2-3X the amount of water they typically would consume. Patients are also likely to experience analgesic effects and increased feelings of calmness for up to a week following treatment. New patient evaluations are longer services to account for intake time. You will have a conversation with your provider prior to having massage. The actual time spent on the table may vary. You can expect to be worked on for about 90 minutes and have 20-30 minutes for intake prior to massage.
