RESERVATION POLICIES:

We recommend showing up 5-10 minutes prior to your first visit to fill out new patient paperwork. We also recommend booking 3 appointments in advance to assure your place. Inquire for more details.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If appointments are not cancelled within business hours 48 hours prior to visit your account or the card on file will be charged a $50 late cancel fee. If you do not show up or cancel your visit your account or the card on file will be charged the full amount of your appointment.
